If the story is to be believed, it’s a revolution in retail and will enable the Liverpool-based retailer to ride the wave, whilst competitors play catch-up.
The only question is; as more of us have the luxury of working towards the upper end of Maslow’s pyramid, we change, and our tastes change with us: will a ‘fully personalised’ site be able to accommodate that?
